Avoid this, poor product performance and support
Avoid at all costs, very poor performance and inaccurate readings. I have had the ring for under 12months and the battery has deteriorated to lasting 1 day from initially lasting +5days. I sent the ring from what I though was under warranty to get it fix, and was asked to pay £30 to examine this and then would have to pay an unknown fee to repair. I am not impressed with the after sales support or the product performance.

Awesome Piece Of Technology
The Galaxy Smart Ring has been a game changer for me to understand my health metrics. Firstly, I would suggest getting the Samsung ring size kit in order to get the right sized ring, the price of the kit is normally deducted from the cost of the ring when ordered. The ring design is plain and simple and the band is slim and rarely notices when wearing. I've worn my ring 24/7 for 11mths and there's no sign of wear, the ring only gets removed once every 8-10days for charging. Unlike other smart rings there is no subscription to see your health data and the data provided along with the health tips can does prompt better lifestyle choices. Even sleep patterns can be recorded/monitored. The Samsung ring is not the cheapest smart ring on the market, however, given what it offers and the fact it's subscription free it represents good value for the money. It comes with a potable charging case and the usual warranty. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this product based on my 11mths of using one.

Poor quality and design
Really disappointed, the quality of the ring is appalling. It looks like something out of a grabber machine. There were no sizing packs available so I had to guess a size which I got too big. I'm really underwhelmed by the design.. being a massive Samsung fan I feel let down as the ring offers poor value too even with the £75 off ... Returning for a refund

Samsung at its worst
1yr and 1 week after purchase, the ring overnight went from a weekly charge to only lasting 18-20 hours on a full charge, samsungs 'authorised' repairer, took £30 to assess, and then want £349 to repair, more than a new ring. Aura, here we come

No Good JUNK
Well for the 1st few months worked flawless! Then it won't hold a charge! I can charge it then take it put it 9n and it will shut down! N9thing but more samsung junk! N9t sure what go8ng on that company but there products suck lately! J7nk don't buy! This company will not do anything thing! Scammers
