I did not know that you had to have a special app and pay for the app in order to use this and I did not know that you had to have Wi-Fi. I thought it would work off-line.

Just set the language, then press the corresponding microphone button and speak the desired language.It makes my best friend's everyday life a thousand times easier. Narrator isn't always 100% grammatically perfect, but it's much better than Google Translate or similar, and it never changes the meaning of inappropriate remarks.The device can also take a photo to translate (take a picture of the text you want, great for office letters), translate text, it has a study mode and a group chat function.The display is easy to read and the battery life is excellent, as is the internet connection via WLAN.The language translator comes with a plastic case, a charging cable, and easy-to-understand operating instructions in English.We love it so much!

The interface is intuitive enough that you could use it regardless of your language.It has helped me many times to speak to clients who speak different languages. Its translation performance is impressive, and it delivers near-instant results whether you're using it to translate live conversations or written text with the included camera.It also allows me to see how people in other countries speak, I can say a phrase into the device in English and see how the same phrase is spoken in a different language. Repeating this step enough times may enhance memory.The translator is fairly easy to use, and you can program two physical buttons with a specific input language. Really suitable for frequent travelers, as well as business people or anyone interested! The possible applications are very diverse and the implementation is mainly very good.I received the goods very quickly. I’ve used it for translating magazines or even video game menu’s by holding it up to my console screen. And for the most part, it hasn’t failed me.But there are somethings that you need to know. It’s best to speak clearly and slowly. It’s best when their is no background sound or music, you want the mic to record the language as best as possible.For those who are in business and travel, I also see this device as a wonderful investment. Or travel in general, especially if you want to get your point across, especially if there is an emergency.It’s going to make Spanish a breeze this year for both my daughter in middle school and my trip in November. We took to the library and tested it on various script. We even quizzed google translate with it. It’s amazing! Thank you!!The device is amazing. Much better than competing products.
