I found it quite simple to put together, just the usual difficulty in attaching the arms to the second piece, which you always seem to get with office chairs. I do find it easier to put the base together, then the chair, then place the chair on the base, and I also find it easier to leave the middle of the three screws securing each arm in last (only saying this because of the people who have had problems).It looks lovely, just like in the pictures. The leather is soft and supple and the chair is nicely padded.I read that someone could feel lumps, and I can feel the massage mechanism if I tuck my legs under me, which is a habit I'm trying to get out of. With legs down where they should be, I find it very comfortable. They have found a nice balance here, the massage feature is lovely, especially when the heat is on too, but when not in use the mechanisms aren't intrusive. Not the strongest massage, but as settings for the massage go up to an hour, having it too strong could make you sore.Using the black button to recline the back, before reclining the whole chair, takes me into the most extreme recline I've experienced with an office chair, but the stability of the chair is great, so I don't feel worried about being in this position, and find it easy to come back up. Reclining really maximises on the massage to the back.I have used this chair to replace my armchair so I can use the PC easier, but I'm finding it more comfortable than the armchair for watching TV too. As it's in my lounge, I do have a footstool which is adding to the the comfort significantly, especially in the reclined position. I could easily fall asleep here.

Item arrived four days earlier than expected (not a complaint). Not the colour I thought I was purchasing, item was supposed to be tan and black, it was all black (so not a deal breaker). Simple to assemble, even with all the electrical gubbins for the chair heating and massage features. It's a comfortable chair, fairly sturdy but I'd be mindful not to slouch or park myself heavily on it. The chair material is thinly synthetic and am not hopeful of it's durability. I didn't buy the chair for its massaging properties but this feature is excellent and works well once assembled. I turned on the heating option but didn't feel anything after five minutes so I don't know if it works...not really bothered with it. I'm happy witht the price, the delivery time and the comfort of the chair, it comes as advertised (except for the colour :o)

I'm going to start by saying this chair is GREAT value for money, I really like it and I'm very happy with my purchase.If I was going to be 'picky', which of course I am, I would point out a couple of things:1. The silver coloured plastic looks exactly like silver coloured plastic, and not in a good way.2. The stitching of the covering leaves a bit to be desired, there are a few wrinkles in the fabric because of this.3. It would be nice if the back was MORE upright in its fully forward position.4. I would like to be able to stop it rocking back with some kind of lock.(Turns out you can stop it rocking, if only the instructions were clearer!)5. The instructions are really bad.On the plus side:1. Bad as the instructions are, its not too hard to work out how to assemble it but, as others have said, it is handy to have someone else around at certain points in the assembly.2. Its very comfortable.3. The various massage programs and intensity settings are great.4. The heat function is a god send if you suffer from back pain.5. I like that fact that the massage and heating functions turn off after a selectable period of time. So you can forget to turn it off, but it won't keep going indefinately.I can't comment on durability as I've only had it for a day.If you are wondering if you want to spend money on a chair that massages and heats you, this is a very good way to find out without risking your mortgage on it.Anyway, as I said, at this price I am really happy with my purchase.

Ok i did not receive any discount for this item i paid the full price so no fake comment here, this is my honest opinion after having used this chair for no more than 3 hours. The chair was easy enough to put together but i did struggle a little until i managed to decipher the pictures in the instructions , Note there are pictures on how to put it together there are two types of labels lowercase and CAPITAL letters, the capital are the supplied parts and the lower case are the cable labels.The massage works well and the wave motion setting i found the best, there is also a very big difference between the high and low setting. The heat element works well for late night browsing i believe. It is a really nice colour scheme which should fit in with most settings. Very futuristic looking and oh so comfortable..at first.I received one that had an issue with the massage pads digging into my thighs but the item is to be replaced and i am hopeful the problem will be fixed. Amazing service and quick reply to my inquiry.

I purchased this office chair based on some of the positive reviews on Amazon. Item arrived on time, chair looked confortable but we soon discovered that the chair was faulty. It took over 2 hours to assemble, none of the fittings would sit into place easily, also one of the main bolts holding the chair together was missing from the package. We emailed the seller requesting the missing bolt to be sent to us but he never replied. The functionality of the chair is seriously compromised because of the missing bolt with one side of the chair that keeps falling down! The seller ignored all our polite emails and never replied once. Absolute disgraceful - will actively discourage people from buying this chair.

Excellent product for the price.Straightforward to put together. Good firm chair and the heat and massage functions are a nice addition
