2x Ekho RS12A Active Speakers + Cables 1200W

bought a pair of these for on-stage vocal monitoring of a pub/club band.love the compact and lightweight design, and the built on side brackets that allow them to angle as floor wedges.we don't use the mic in channel, just as well because this seems to be very noisy, so we keep the level control to zero on this channel.We use a balanced line in from our monitor send on the main pa amp, and then take a line out from one to the other,sound quality is good, very low noise, and no distortion at level settings to around 2 o'clock position which is excellent, but the output performance is lower than I would have liked, certainly the headline figure of 1200W is very misleading.Only had them for a month or so, but already clocked some road miles and plenty of gigs/rehearsals and they seem to be quite robust so far.Overall reasonably pleased with the purchase, they represent good value for money as a budget solution to our specific requirements.

I purchased two of these speakers to use along-side my existing Speakers for Karaoke nights so that I could give the sound an extra "lift" when things get busy and the pub is crowded. They did the job perfectly and I was complemented on the sound that they produced.

For there value they're very good. you can link them up to pretty much everything. i use them for monstrous pc speakers :p. However they do produce so light humming which is only JUST noticeable but there we go. They 'clip' at a fairly low volume, however they are GREAT for parties as they a definitely loud enough. OVERALL the positives outweigh the negatives and i would go for them is you're looking for volume, medium-high quality speakers on a limited budget!

great value for money, and good sound too

RS12A I think is much better than the PL12A that I bought recently after these. These are dirt cheap so don't expect miracles but are O.K as wedges or a very small PA

they are great sounding Speakers lovely tone on Bass like them a lot .i thing ill go for the 10" for pa only should be great..

Not tested them out properly yet, will write another review when I do.
