your cards say you know a good bargain and you're buying these. lol this is a great set of tarot cards for the person who has never done a reading or even for those who have and are just curious about how it all works. i love that they have notes printed directly on the cards explaining what each one could be saying. having the different meanings right there really helps in reading and interpreting. they are well made on quality card stock with clear, vibrant print and graphics. i don't need a tarot card to tell me $6 for such a solid set of cards is a bargain. definitely a helpful set for beginners! i hope my review was helpful and feel free to check out my other reviews for more great finds. have a great day! =o)

This is my second deck that is similar to this one. It is the traditional Ryder Wait deck with all the familiar artwork from when I began to read tarot cards many decades ago. The deck feels like a traditional tarot card deck. The cards are the correct size, and the deck is the correct traditional width. This is important in readings because you get used to what you are used to when shuffling the cards. While laying the cards out in a spread the more familiar you are with a new deck the easier it will be to feel calm and focused during a reading. When I was learning tarot, it was very hard to remember exactly what the cards were saying. There are so many different meanings, especially if the card presence upside down, which is a reverse position with an alternative meaning I appreciate the cheats which are written on these cards. That way I can have a light reminder and can focus more on the meaning of the card within The location of the other cards of the spread. It makes both reading and learning tarot a little less stressful. The color was darker than what I was used to, but I like it. The quality is very nice as we all know we’re not supposed to shuffle a tarot deck, but the ease of spreading them around is nothing different than a regular deck I would’ve used years ago. A friend of mine had purchased a tarot deck from Amazon and she was trying to learn. I took her back to look at it and realize that she had three of the same cards (three of swords) and two of another card and multiples of others. This is a huge, no no and means your deck is defective. I’m not sure if that was a message that needed to be sent to her. She seem to feel that it was or if it was a manufacturing issue with the tarot card company. (Not Your Company) but while I checked my deck over everything was printed correctly with no duplicates or hidden meanings. The tarot is as fun or as serious as you make it out to be. I enjoy the deck because of it design and it’s familiarity to the traditional decks that I grew up learning on. thank you.

I love everything about these cards except for the physical quality. They are very very thin and a little harder to control. Other than that as long as I don't shuffle them crazily like I do my other decks these are one of my favorites so I kept them. The colors are and Designs are beautiful the descriptions are very telling and explanatory it's a lot of fun to use these cards

If you’re just starting with Tarot readings thirst cards are perfect!

I’ve been a tarot reader for 5 years and have seen better quality cards. All I’m saying is, you get what you pay for. I saw it on the Amazon haul section and it was a decent price. Starting with the good points: They came as advertised for the most part. I like the feel of the cards when shuffling. It has a decent quality cardstock feel to them. The size of the cards is decent. The design is actually pretty good and legible. I noticed a bit of paint chipping on the card after shuffling, but that’s to be expected. I can be a bit heavy-handed with shuffling, so I think I’ll have to see how the durability level lasts as time goes on. I do have one negative thing to say: I was a bit put off by the Temperance card because it had Death overlapping beneath it then the Death card didn’t have its title at the top (check the photos attached to see what I’m talking about). Overall, they’re okay. And I’ll still use them. If you’re a beginner and if you can ignore grammar and punctuation mistakes, this is definitely a good choice. (The age range says 4+, which I disagree with. I also don’t see tarot as a toy per se.)

Second order of these cards. Friend fell in love with first set ,I gave away. So new set for me. Have you ever ordered a set of tarot cards with no information on them and you have to look through a little book the size of your hand to find the information. I get so mad. I decided to try this set of tarot cards traditional classic cards with the meaning on the card. The cards are very easy to read come in beautiful colors and are super shiny. Very pretty. Very good value very good quality very good price. The cards are the exact size listed in the ad very happy with my purchase.
