A very good all-in-one
The issue that I encountered with “do-it-all” inkjet printers was that if it sat unused for a longer period of time even putting new ink cartridges would not resuscitate the printer. And the biggest annoyance was that if the printer head did not work you could not use the scanner – I have experienced this on both HP and Cannon. The color laser printers have come down in price and after reading a good review of this unit I decided to go for it.Insofar I did not find anything that would put a dent in a five star ratings. It is a big and relatively heavy machine – probably you need a separate table just for it. Unpacking requires peeling off plenty of scotch tapes but the setup is straightforward. The wireless feature is very cool as you can print directly from your phone. I did not do too much printing - such as on different types of papers - but in my limited sample the text was sharp and the colors accurate. The fax worked well and the scanner has a decent resolution. If you scan mainly documents this is perfect. You can leave the printer powered on for longer periods of time because it just goes to sleep. But if you have the telephone line connected any ring will “awaken the sleeping giant”. If you want to scan something after days of inactivity you may need to rekindle the wireless relationship between your computer and the printer. I cannot think of anything else worth mentioning.I would conclude that I am happy with this machine.

Does not suck.
Does not suck. I am a refugee from inkjet and this is my desert island device. It has reasonable quality (not Amazing, but for home/small 1-person wfh office this is the bomb). If I had a complaint, it's more a caution: put this on a dedicated circuit. It makes my two UPSes flip out when I print. My computer is grateful for its battery.I use scan to USB most often, and someday I need to figure out how to scan to Computer. I use this with a Mac and it works great. I also print wirelessly from my iPhone and it works great. And...no more dried out printheads! Laser rocks! I primarily use black and white, and color when my son wants another photo of his Lego thing. I'm hoping this cartridge will last at least a year, and even the one in the box should last longer than ink!Still looking for shipping labels that I like, my old ones are inkjet only. Oh well.

Buyer beware
Fine for basic printing needs but unacceptable quality for any kind of specialty printing. The manual paper tray has too many glitches; cannot get an Avery label template to print at all. On full-size labels the printer wouldn't pull the paper from the manual tray. Just a nightmare. Thinking of returning or re-selling to someone with simpler printing needs.

I was exited about this MFP and got it. ...
I was exited about this MFP and got it. Very quickly set it up to be on my home network and connected my MacBook Pro with the latest macOS. This allowed me to print fairly quickly. Then I tried to Print from a second MacBook Air with macOS. That became much more cumbersome, Finally the MacBook Air was printing. Called called Samsung and they said it wasn't a fully supported AirPrint printer. I tried couple more things and it was just impossible to have two macOS computers using this printer. At this day an age thats ridiculous. Contacted Amazon for a return and since the item wasn't 'broken' I'm forced to pay for the shipping, that's a $60 cost.

Quick and easy set up, works fine.
We had it plugged in and connected to the network in less than an hour. Only thing I am concerned about is printing costs / cartridges and such. Can't evaluate that but its printing on a 4 machine network from all desktops just fine - and did so really easily.

Great printer, guy who designed the software has hopefully been fired.
Great printer, fast and the colors come out amazing. Exceptionally easy to set up on our wireless network to print from all 3 computers in the office. Our only complaint is the software.... oh the software. I don't know who Samsung paid to create the hot mess that is their software and the support page but from my experience I'm assuming they were about to quit and just didn't care about the quality. Spent an entire morning trying to figure out what I even needed to install from their support page. Called in and talked to their tier 1 support who told me what I needed to download and shockingly enough that didn't work. Hint: their 'universal installer' isn't universal at all.... not even a little universal in fact. More like 'microversal' or perhaps 'noniversal' would be a more apt descriptor given that it did literally nothing, constantly telling me I was missing a driver for anything I asked the Print Manager to do after I used the 'universal installer'. When I later called and managed to get Samsung's tier 2 printer support he had to actually remote in to my computer to figure out what was wrong. I can't lie, I had to mute the phone so he wouldn't hear me laughing when the installer actually froze on him. He then had to uninstall every piece of software and driver that I'd installed and download a totally different software from the website. How does the 'document creator' do everything and the 'print manager' does nothing? Ask Samsung, I certainly don't know.On the bright side, the printer works fine and the document creator ended up doing exactly what I wanted it. 5/5 stars for the printer, 3/5 stars for Samsung support but 0/100 stars for their website and software design teams. Upon writing this (thanks for the reminder e-mail, Amazon!) Samsung has apparently sold their printer division to HP, so I wish some serious good luck to anyone trying to get the garbage software to work!
