Horrible mistake and no one to talk to about the product
Can’t get the heater to download on WiFiEven with strong WiFiJust got the heater installed and can’t use WiFi and can’t return missed the deadline by 4 days

Easy set up and cost friendly
The media could not be loaded. Super simple-easy to set up - had to watch a review video to learn how to properly set up heater since it doesn’t come with any detailed instructions. Also had to buy an additional hose to connect the filter to the heater. Caution: Do not get a hose less than 16” long since the water inlet is at the bottom of the heater. I had to buy a 24” hose and it worked perfectly.

This pool heat pump is definitely worth the money. It's energy-efficient and helps extend the swimming season significantly.
