I bought this product because I noticed that my hair was falling out a lot with every shampoo. All my life I have washed my hair every single day to avoid my head from feeling oily and looking flat- it has just been in my recent years that my hair has changed, started falling out a lot, became frizzy and unmanageable. I took a chance on this shampoo as hope from all of the wonderful reviews that this would work on me too, and it has! I started a new regime: I washed my hair the first time with this shampoo and conditioner and followed the directions of the water temperature and the amount to use etc and sucked it up and started washing my hair only twice a week... yes, you read that right, twice a week! I’ll tell ya, that has done WONDERS for my hair. I no longer have hair falling out while I shampoo and I no longer shed and add hair carpet everywhere I go. I have gotten compliments on my hair recently and have been proud to recommend this product to them. If you’re looking for a miracle for your hair, this is it! Go on, just buy it already... trust me, you’re going to LOVE it!

I used this shampoo and conditioner through 6 months of Chemo treatments, a did NOT lose all of my hair. It did thin, enough that I needed to wear a hat, but I had bangs and hair on the sides. I continue to use it, and now 10 weeks after completing chemo, I have almost a full head of hair!!

I tried this product until it was empty. At first I didn't notice anything but I knew it can take up to 3 months to notice lasting changes in hair so I knew I would at least try it for a few months. One thing I noticed after a few weeks was that I no longer had acne around my hairline, neck, and shoulders. That was one reason I picked this product, because of it specifically stating that it's non-comedogenic since I have acne prone skin and shampoo and conditioners are now believed to be a big contributor. No back acne since using this entire product up which I may add that the shampoo and conditioner have lasted MONTHS. The shampoo doesn't have the best smell but I do love the smell of the conditioner as it has a slight citrus smell. Now with thinning hair, I didn't notice a change right away but as the months went on, it dawned on me one day that I was no longer having to pick up a wad of hair from the drain or pick off pieces of hair and rub them on the shower wall mid shower. I have noticed significant improvement in hair fall out. I haven't had my scalp checked out to see if there's improvement with hair regrowth but i can testify for sure that the fallout has almost stopped completely. I now only experience pieces of hair falling out when brushing my hair. Before, I would constantly be picking hair off my shirts throughout the day and wouldn't dream of cooking without putting my hair in a bun. Some have reviewed and said that it weighs down their hair. I only notice that when I use too much. This product takes very little to be effective. This isn't a lathering product. Put a tiny bit on your palm and mix with water. Also, if you are experiencing hair loss, make sure you incorporate a cleansing shampoo every 5-6 washes. Build up is a big reason for hair loss. I use these and then a couple times a month I'll use a tea tree shampoo instead of the Dermachange shampoo but will still follow with the Dermachange conditioner since Tea Tree is drying. So I recommend this product for those with acne prone skin and excessive hair fallout. Just remember, it doesn't work over night...you need to give it time.

This product is amazing. I recommend you use both the shampoo and conditioner. This product is a little expensive but worth your coins. Honestly, you will see your hair transform in one week. In one month, I noticed a significant amount of strenghtened hair growth. Let me add the fact that I faithfully wash my hair every 5 to 6 days. Excellent product for African-American natural hair care and processed hair.

I've tried so many things and nothing has worked. I gave it one last shot and tried this stuff and I'm glad I did. I've been using this stuff for almost 3 weeks and the difference is huge. NO my hair hasn't grown inches yet but it's so full and healthy and less hair loss. I just ordered more it's worth it !

After just one use of this shampoo and conditioner I will NOT be using it again. It made my hair dry, brittle and frizzy.EDIT: I received an email and received a full refund! Gotta give them 5 stars for customer service. Sorry your product didn't work for my hair.

I am giving this product 5 stars because unfortunately, I went through hair loss and as a woman, that really sucks! I've tried a lot of products to support the new thickness of my hair, a healthy scalp and perhaps a hair growth. Been disappointed with most. This product has improved the health of my hair. And my hair appears thicker which has made adjusting to my new head of hair easier. I'm not saying it's a miracle, I am saying it works. I color my hair so having a product that supports my hair organically is totally important. I recommend this product.

I've only used this one time and I'm officially hooked. My hair is oily and I try my best to not use chemicals or heat because I've been growing it out from a pixie cut. I also don't trust many people to cut my hair so the ends are a bit drier then the rest of my hair. Using this product has made a big change. Scalp is less oily without over drying my tips. I also don't shampoo daily and my hair feels cleaner longer.The product alone will have me keep coming back. Their customer service is also delightful and professional. I see nothing negative to say.

Used for couple of weeks, but honestly can't see any difference in condition of my hair. Shampoo leaves my hair very tangled and in a terrible state, definitely needs conditioner afterwards.

Pricey but very good!. Makes your hair really soft,don`t really think it`s made my hair grow thicker yet!, but it is early days!.
