These balloons are super cute and good quality. No issues getting them filled at Party City.

Pretty, colorful, and good quality for the price! There seems to be a lot of issues with balloons in general when you buy them online so I was a little hesitant with these but they all inflated nicely with helium and stayed up for the entirety of the party. My kids smacked them around and they didn't blow up. After the party we allowed them to pop them and it was really fun but messy to clean up ;)

These balloons are super cute and festive. I didn’t fill them up with helium because I’m not sure the extra weight of the paper would have enabled it to float. But regardless, they are so fun looking just to throw around the floor of the party area. We got a whole bunch and it made the area look more festive. The kids loved the confetti inside and kicking/throwing the balloons around.

12" balloons - I followed the instructions to get these to float with helium, and the confetti stuck to the sides for the most part. I filled the helium balloons right at the start of my son's party and they started falling towards the end (after 4 hours), so I wouldn't recommend inflating them very far ahead of the time they are needed for. I also filled these up with "regular" air and the kids had a blast kicking them around, watching the confetti bounce around. They did not pop easily. I have plenty left, but would re-purchase if need be.

These are great. No helium needed. Easy to put together and take apart. Love that you can reuse again and again. Balloons look great.

The write up says pre-filled, they are not. The pictures look like the are polka-dot, or that the confetti is all around the ballon, it is not. The confetti gathers in a pile at the bottom. They are nice for tossing around, but do no look like picture at all.

My daughter turned 10 during the pandemic shut down and I was struggling with ideas on how to make it special. These balloons helped. We put a small piece of paper inside 10 balloons with a gift card written on each. We then wrapped the balloons in a big box. On her birthday morning, she unwrapped the box and popped the balloons to find her surprise in each. She had so much fun and the confetti went everywhere!

Easy to use best thing I ever use I was skeptical but it was great stay in 100 degree weather for 6 hours
