This Saline Solution is super helpful. I have bought this item twice for my 2 year old. It clears nose blocks and makes the nights non noisy. You can also use this with portable nebulisers too. Simply remove the cap and squeeze the solution to the nebuliser camber and turn it on. That's it simple and easy never the less very effective.
