This is the first "weight loss" supplement that does what I want it to do. I have a high tolerance for caffeine, but the blend in this gives me an energy boost. While it doesn't necessarily help with reducing my appetite, it makes me nauseous when I eat more than a small portion within a few hours of taking it. So it still gives me the same result of eating less. Between this, a sleep supplement and exercise, I have dropped a little over 2lbs this first week. Update, week 2 down another 2 lbs. Definitely buying more of this. Currently taking Alpha GPC, CLA, Choline, Lions mane, Cordyceps and this during the day. Sleep Shred PM at night. In combination with daily exercise(~30 min). Adding this has tipped me over from stable weight to weight loss.

First I'll start off by saying that I was provided this product for free to review. That being said, this is the best hydroxycut weight loss supplement that I have tried as of today. I have tried 2 others hydroxycut weight loss supplements and I lost weight on both of them, but this one has been the most effective. I tried this product for a month. Looking back now, I really didn't think that I would have lost weight but I did and I'll explain why. The entire trial month either my wife or son was sick, which made it nearly impossible to get to the gym. I usually go about 3 times a week, but not this month. Not only was getting to the gym difficult, it was difficult to follow a good diet plan. By diet, I don't mean 500 calories a day diet, I just mean the diet that I have been following now for about 6 months. I usually intake about 1600-1700 calories per day, although weekends get difficult to follow this. This last month was filled with a lot of take out food due to lack of time to prepare dinners with sick family members. Overall, I was still able to loose 4 lbs, which may not seem like a lot, but I don't have a lot to lose. I am now 5 pounds from my goal weight, so that 4 pounds is a big deal. I am positive that with another full month of use and my routine getting back to normal, I would easily reach my goal.

Purchased this as an upgrade to my regular hydroxycut. Experienced some not so great side affects. Tried to return this item only to be denied return. Dont waste your money.

My comment is more of a question. I have ordered this product several times and although it’s not the best for weight loss it does boost your energy level which is awesome. My problem is in the attached photo or two different color pills. The red ones are the ones that I always get, and the brown ones I’ve got twice now and I’m concerned about the difference in color. Before I thought it was a fluke but since it’s happened twice now should I be worried regarding this product. I don’t know anyone in any capacity if anyone knows why? Should I be worried?

So in 2018 around mid August I started taking the product 2 pills twice a day, with no added exercise or change of diet... I didn’t loose nothing for the first bottle, but by the end of the second bottle a full 10 lbs dropped I started at wieght 376.02 at this point I proceeded to take the product every single day may have missed maybe 6 dosses threw out the year on August 23 2019 I weighed in at 276.5 a whole 100 lbs lost in one year of taking the product I noticed as time went by I was more able to realize that I wasn’t hungry and naturally started having a urge to get out and walk and get active at the end I realized that I was not loosing any more wieght so I stoped it for the past 3 months and just the day of Christmas I started it again and today I lost 13 lbs and am going to use it for another years worth to get to my desired wieght already is my appetite suppressed and I feel more focused at work and energized aswell active! In all reality this product really worked for me and continues to do so with me having to do little to no work at all just take the pills and go to work wich I am a fast food assistant general manager so I do get my steps in everyday but don’t eat really more than once a day and allow myself one cheat day to eat all and whatever I want. Love this product and no flab leftover it like tightens my muscles too and keeps me from being flabby !!! I’m finally comfortable with showing my body again !!
