My cactuses arrivered a few days before it was estimated which is great. Upon arrival I noticed the box in very bad shape. It was puctured, very dirty, and basically destroyed. Thanks to Fat Plants great packaging the plants arrived safely and it superb shape. I got a great veriety of cactuses (even though the species veries depending on stock) and I couldn’t be happier which the selection. There was definitely love and care put into the packaging along with the plants. There was hand written thank you cards with my name written, magnets, and contact info for product damage and returns. I am so pleased with what I received. What a great company this is. I will definitely recommend to anyone and everyone looking to start and grow cactuses. THANK YOU FAT PLANT! 😄

This is a "10 STAR" review. Hands down perfection! Temperatures are dropping, and a heat pack was added.I ordered these on Dec. 20, and they arrived on Dec. 22. California to Illinois in 2 days!I was looking for a (NON video game) gift for our teenaged son. These arrived this morning, and we immediately opened them with smiles and squeals of delight. My son loves them all, especially the purple one. fantastic customer service - hand written thank you note and basic planting instructions included.....biodegradable crinkle paper used....very thoughtfully packaged. Arrived in perfect condition, ....one has buds and flowersTHANK YOU FATPLANTS

They sent me great cactuses! Not exactly like the picture (the skinniest one that looks like a bunny). Arrived in great shape. Individually boxed.Caveat: Open them in the garage over newspaper. A lot of dirts shifts around and falls out as you open the box. I recommend opening from the bottom of the box and then the you'll hold onto the plastic planter first rather than the cactus. Use chopstixs to remove the packaging from around the cacutus.

I absolutely LOVE them! These people went far and beyond to replace my order after is was lost. They were EXTREMELY well packaged, fast delivery, and the cacti are exactly as described. Some are even in bloom! There is no complain on my part. I'll be ordering more soon! Thank you so much ;)

STUNNING! This has by far been one of my favorite purchases! Amazing quality of cactus' and some really neat ones you won't find at your local garden center!!! Shipping was crazy fast, packaging was beyond fantastic...and I'm SO happy with these guys! I will DEFINITELY be buying more plants from them- THANK YOU!!!

Wow! I was twitchy about ordering these— live plants through the mail are always iffy. I live in Alaska and it was December, but I didn’t want to wait until spring (May here). So I took the plunge. OMG! These are gorgeous! And big! Each was packed individually and securely in its own box and two heat packs were included in the main box—one was still slightly warm. Best packaging I’ve ever seen and I’ve seen a lot!! All cacti are happy and healthy with very little dirt displacement. Excellent variety. In all, I am very impressed and very pleased. I would add a word of caution for those considering buying in winter. We don’t have mail delivery where I live, so these were held warm and happy at the post office and never in danger of being left out in the cold on my front steps...

Lovely assortment of plants. I've ordered a couple sets now and have been extremely happy with the variety. A few of them needed a soil top up due to some of it falling out (not the seller's fault, the shipper didn't pay any attention to the This End Up marking and delivered it upside down), so it helps to have a bag of cactus soil handy (you could also reuse the stuff that fell out if you're careful when unpacking).All my plants arrived nice and healthy and are doing great.Pro tip: get a tiny 1" brush before unpacking to save your fingers from a whole bunch of pricks while trying to get the crinkle paper and moss out from between the spines.

The cactai arrived in highly efficient packaging! All were intact and looked very healthy. I would recommend these cactai to others. I am very satisfied with my purchase!
