Not for heavy weights! Comfort average!
Writing after initial days of usage. The Chair comfort is average Only. The Rexine feels very heated and uncomfortable after 30 min sitting. So if used in AC room this will be ok. The Chair feels strong. You can fall back if reclining too much backwards, the base is not heavy enough for heavy enough for tall(>6ft or >90kg). Overall good chair for less tall people and if used in an AC room. If the Rexine was better and there was no chance to fall backwards this chair deserved 5*

DO NOT BUY IT
Worst chair ever. The incline does not work, the wheels are flimsy, the massager is ineffective. With use of merely few months, it has become lose and very uncomfortable to use. DO NOT BUY IT. IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY AND ENERGY TO EVEN DEAL WITH A PRODUCT SUCH AS THIS.

Suitable for males with heavy body, not suitable for ladies who are not tall. I could not find it comfortable but may differ person to person. No return policy you can only replace. Material is good quality and installation was done by company staff.

Product is good but installation service from amazon is pathetic. All excuses
Item is of good quality. A bit costly but worth it. Look wise, it’s good too.Amazon haven’t provided any installation service although a premium installation service is allocated for this. Their customer service keeps making excuses that due to a system glitch, they can’t provide its installation. One of the representative also told me to get it done from outside. This is utterly pathetic service.
