So inexpensive
This is another one of those "for the money, it's a great deal" reviews.I'm using these lavalier lapel microphones to record an interview-style podcast. I didn't know if podcasting was something I would enjoy doing, so I bought a really inexpensive set of microphones to try. So far, so good.One thing that isn't clear anywhere, is that while these are dual microphones, and have a stereo plug, both microphones seem to be wired together, so while recording with them can give you a stereo file with two tracks, both of those tracks will be the same.I'm no expert on microphones. These seem completely adequate for my current needs. Considering the price, I know I'll have to take good care of them to make them last.

Was not able to use it, not functional
Unfortunately, I could never get it to work. I initially thought it was the phone, and bought a bunch of adapters. Eventually, I'd forgotten what I tried and plugged it in directly again. This time, it buzzed badly, and I found one cap loose on one mic. Tightening the cap did effect the noise, but made it worse.Eventually I'll dismantle them and resolder, but for now, I've not been able to use them yet.

Waste of money.
Sound quality was terrible, sounded muffled & far away. Even tried taking the mic itself out of the “sponge” & it didn’t improve the sound at all. Cord length was awesome but didn’t matter since we couldn’t get it to work for our podcast. Waste of money & very disappointed.

Good product
It’s great got it for my daughter. She loves it. Only thing we did need extra adapter for iPhone. But works great.

It does the job, and is a nice product
Very nice packaging, makes the Mic set very portable. Came with TRRS to TRS adaptor for older laptops.

Headset alternative for Xbox. Kids can talk; parents can hear everything!
My kid wanted to be able to talk to her friends through Xbox, so she asked for a headset. I want to be able to monitor the conversations, so I purchased this microphone and use the tv speakers for sound. The bonus is that my younger kiddo can play, too and talk since there are two mics. It has worked great so far!
