Item just as described. Came with great easy to follow build instructions and labels. My 15 yr old enjoyed building it and the kitties love it. They hoped on even prior to it being totally finished and placed in its resting area. It’s their new nap spot and they do like playing with the hanging poles that do detach to easily become a play toy/wand. (excuse my temp mess in the background of the pic)

My cats likeI think it’s pretty small good size for newbies , but fat cats would recommend taller length

This medium-sized cat tree is a great addition—sturdy and cozy. My cat loves napping on the top perch. It’s well-designed for lounging, though the hanging balls didn’t last long and were quickly chewed off. The top isn’t very cushiony, but I added a few baby receiving blankets. Overall, it’s a solid choice for feline comfort and climbing, minus the short-lived toys.

Once assembled I would give it 5 stars. Looks very nice, probably good for cats less than 6 lbs..So far my 3 cats haven't used it after 2 days I'd like to shake hands with those who say it's easy to assemble, like in 30 minutes or so. Yes the instructions were clear and all the parts fit I spent several hours on it, and I'm handy with putting things together. Would I buy it again? If my 7-9 lb cats start using it then Yes, right now they aren't interested.

This cat tree has been nothing but a trouble! I ordered this and the first one never came. The replacement one is faulty. The hammock board had the holes on the wrong side! After spending hours trying to get customer service to help me, I am just ordering a different cat now.

I absolutely love this auto cat litter box is awesome never having to worry about scooping every day !!!!!!

Bought this mostly for the hight but its much smaller than expected both my big cats struggle to get in the holes or climb around. It also tips easy, the bottom platform is smaller than the middle and top. Lastly both of my cats have gotten their claws stuck on the scratching posts multiple times. I have many cat trees and scratching posts, they are kinda made to be scratched and not get claws stuck so all in all im very disappointed in this tree. 2 stars because it works i guess
