Great, sleek scale. Easy to use app and seems to be very accurate for weight. The body fat measure is a bit different than what I measured at the gym, but seems reasonably accurate - especially for a scale. Overall, I am very pleased with this and recommend it.

I wasn't informed about operating the scale out of the region that I bought it, I bought it on Amazon USA and I live and work outside the country. The App gives you 10 days then lock, no Help from manufacturer in EnglishOnly information is given in Chinese.

Great functionality, especially in the app. It gives a reading of your weight, body fat percentage, and metabolic age as well as several other health stats. It’s a pretty big wake up call to see where your stats fall in the range of healthy to obese levels, and personally gives me motivation to get in the green zones! My favorite thing about the app is how it can analyze your data trends (i.e. “You have lost X pounds, X pounds of which were fat. This is a healthy amount of weight loss”). The overall body score is interesting concept, and gives you something to work on improving (if you are not already a 10 out of 10). I also have a One by One scale, but I prefer this one because of the app’s more detailed analysis and personalized information on how to improve my health.

OVERALLGot a bit of a Love | Hate relationship with this product. Love that it's super easy to set up and use, and I've been tracking my numbers everyday for almost a month now. Hate that it keeps telling me that I'm overweight :PSETUPFirst time setup was straightforward, everything that I needed was in the manufacturer's packaging and the instructions weren't at all complicated. Setting up an account on my Android phone took only a minute, maybe 2.USAGESuper easy, as it only takes me a few seconds each morning to weigh myself and see the results on my phone. I've been weighing myself pretty much every day now since I started using the scale, and I recently set up a second profile for my son who'll be using it on a weekly basis.Especially like all of the information that I get from each measurement report - body weight, visceral fat index, BMR, body fat percentage, BMI, and muscle composition. I'd known that I was overweight for a while now, but having this level of information is super helpful as I work towards getting back in shape.(sidebar: most every goal I set has a corresponding set of metrics that I use to track my progress and eventual achievement, so it's always been a bit tough for me to get my body back in order as all I had to work with was overall weight - but now with the PICOOC scale I have a whole portfolio of metrics to work with, so thank you!)QUESTIONS + CONCERNSThe only question I have is how accurate these measurements are, as I have nothing to compare them with. For now I'm using them as a baseline for my overall effort to get back in shape - as even if the numbers are completely off, the assumption is that they're accurately off 😊- but next week I'll be using an industrial scale to measure my bodyfat percentage so will see how the numbers compare then.

The scale was simple to setup and paired quickly with my Pixel 3XL phone. The first issue that I noticed was that the top of the application overlaid on top of the phone status bar making it impossible to select options on the top row of the application (see photo). Additionally, when the units on the application are changed from Kg to Lbs, the units change in the application but the scale always displays Kg; this is unacceptable. Overall this scale is just okay but for the price I would expect a more polished application without all of the quirks.

I love this bluetooth scale so much. It looks pretty elegant. It is very easy to set up. You just need to plug in three provided batteries. Then step on it. If you want to use app to track your weight. You just need to download App. Pair it quickly. You can read the weight and body fat from the App. Overal the measurement is very precise. The App will analyze your weight change over a period. You can also have multiple users, which is convenient for a family.
