Super quiet and a great buy for the money.
I've used several automatic watch winders and this Chiyoda is by far the best. The motor is super quiet and in fact unless you are right next to it with the cover open you won't hear a sound. It has a lighted touch control and very simple to operate. It has four different TPD settings and each one can be set differently. The look and feel is first class. The only criticism and its not much is I would have loved it if the cover was made of glass but I guess they would have charged more. I use this winder to wind my Rolex, Omega and Seiko watches. It works with everyone of them perfectly. I highly recommend this winder.

Good quality, nice looking, ticks just about all boxes as far as features
Third time pays for all I guess (my third attempt at buying a winder). The cushions are large but compressable. My metal bracelet watches are sized for my 7 5/8" wrist and they stay securely on the pillows with no movement at all (unlike the Boxy winders I returned). The watches are clear of the cover when it is closed, and are clear of each other. The design of the pillows and the individual winders are such that even outsized watches would be ok (a 50mm dial would be no challenge for this machine). No worries about turning the crowns a certain way etc, the watches aren't close to each other at all. There are individual speeds for each of the rotors, and individual directions for each rotor as well. I've got one watch at 650 tpd going clockwise and another at 990 tpd going clockwise/counterclockwise. A lot flexibility for different models of watches (unlike the Jins & Vico that ran at 2880 tpd with no variation of speed).Cons are minor. Opening the cover doesn't turn off the rotors. There is no cool looking blue light for the interior. The winder is large - 12" high with a 10"x9" base (in round numbers). But again, the size allows for the use of oversize cushions and guarantees your watches aren't going to have clearance issues with the interior of the winder, or with each other.

Quiet, effective and attractive
This is the third Chiyoda winder purchased. The other two are for two watches and are excellent. One is absolutely silent and the second is tolerable in noise level. This four-watch unit is quiet mid-way between, the two in with a low, but perceptible motor sound. The dimensions are (HWD) are 12" X 10.25" X 8.75" (30.5 X 26.0 X 22.0 mm). The height with the door fully open is 23.625" or 62.0 mm. (Conflicting dimensions are provided depending on the web page researched.)Obviously, with three Chiyodae purchased, the product line has proven reliable. Unlike the two-watch models, this one does not require re-programming after a power outage or the recommended bi-weekly 12-hour rest. It merely needs for each winder to be tapped to restart.

Great value for the price!
This really works wellIt is well constructed, and look really beautiful, great wood grain finish!Does the job of winding with minimal noise, so little that if you close the lid and are 3 feet away, you can't hear anythingHasn't magnetized my watches and keeps them woundThe extra drawers below are great for my hand-wound and quartz watchesNo complaints, would buy another

Excellent and attractive for the money.
This is a large item that is attractive, but a bit bulky. A plus is that each of the 4 watch placements can be programmed for direction and speed. I found the directions hard to follow to use this device. So far this product is working as advertised. The lower drawer is useless to store additional watches. It is too narrow and small.

Very quiet and better than winders at 5x the price
Initially little skeptical about this winder especially at this price point. Finish of the case is good, but best part of this winder is being able to individually adjust winding for a specific winder. No dip switches or old on off button. Everything is electronically controlled and easy to use. Winder is very quiet, quieter than some $1000 winders I've had in past. It does great job of keeping my watches wound at set level so it doesn't over wind, and storage for 3 more watches in the drawer is nice to have. Biggest problem with winders is longevity, motors getting louder as they age and magnetizing the movements. I'll have to check after couple months with winder on magnetization, but at this price point, even if only lasts couple years, will be cheaper to replace it with same unit, than buying a $1000 winder and hope it lasts.

Chiyoda watch wonder - ChiCom junk
The media could not be loaded. This is my second 4-watch winder from Chiyoda. I should’ve learned my lesson after the first one.The new one that I received today and then promptly returned 90 minutes later had a defective LCD panel. I could not change the rotation times per day (TPD) for any of the four watch saddles. Additionally, the new watch winder cost me $100 more than the partially defective one that I bought several years ago. Same model, but $100 more.My first Chiyida 4-watcheonder also had a defective LCD panel. The numeral 3 displayed for about a week after getting to watch winder, but I didn’t think the problem was significant enough to return it. I was mistaken. The instruction booklet has a warranty sentence which included a phone number for problems. The instructions requested that the consumer call the number before reporting the problems on social media. I called the number and nobody answered.Bottom line: this is cheaply made, overpriced, Chinese junk.
