Our neighbor’s child used these to draw Easter designs on our cement driveway. Even after a light rain, we still can see it.

As soon as they arrived, I opened them to test on my blackboard. Regrettably, many of them were broken due to the flimsy box they are packed in and the fact they were shipped in a bag with other items so there was zero protection. That said, broken pieces can still be used, so we tried them out.They take a little getting used to. As the descriptions says - it's like "writing with a crayon", and that couldn't be more accurate. They feel waxy and leave marks just like a crayon. The colors are (mostly) bright and show easily. They really are dustless, but the drawback with that is it takes a bit more to clean them off. As mentioned in the description, these are a wet-erase item, but even then you'll still have to scrub a bit to get them off. It also seems like the darker and/or brighter the color, the more you had to scrub. Green and blue came off with a little rubbing, but white and red really required extra scrubbing the get them off. Even then, I had to hit my board with peroxide to remove all traces. The board was still very usable, but if you like a perfectly clean background, you may have to use more than water.

Product was open, and all of the chalk was dumped out. Some of it was broken.

Disappointed. I thought this was a big box of sidewalk chalk with extra large pieces so as to not be easily broken by a small child.

Functional, but not well described. Its not really chalk at all, not what i was looking for.

We used this chalk on our chalkboard and it works great — smooth to write with and erases easily. I really like that it comes with 4 pieces of each color, which is perfect since chalk always seems to go missing! The dustless feature is a big plus for using it indoors, especially around kids. Overall, a great set at a good price for creative fun at home.

Nice set ! These are mess & noise free ! With 5 kids , I'll take all the noiselessness I can get lol they do have the crayon feel it says they have , & get a bit melty after a few minutes being held . But usually by the time that happens they've switched colors . Got these to use on a black chalkboard wall sticker & they do wonderfully . Could be more vibrant but they are very pretty & stand out . Little ones are happy & so am I !
