works well if you want small polvorons. However, it’s difficult to clean and the spring is too stiff so was hard on my hands.

These are a pack of 2 very nice quality cookie press molds that are ideal for making traditional Filipino polvoron cookies. I had never heard of these cookies until I saw these advertised and looked up more info on them, finding out they are a shortbread-like pastry or cookie, but I love experimenting with baking and cooking, so am excited to try them to make them for a picnic our family has coming up next month. I didn't realize the molders would be so small, but they are exactly the size they are supposed to be, with one round and the other oval, so you can make two different shaped cookies, and with the pre-molded forms they make it easy to create a very neatly cut cookie or biscuit. The molders feel very sturdy and well-made, have handles with springs that enable you to easily push or press out the dough cookies without crushing them, they're easy to clean, and are stainless steel so should stay in good shape without rusting. Wonderful little gadgets to add to my kitchen gear. I'm very happy with them!
