This player is real value for money, the best thing about is the fact it is easy to install and comes with the required leads. The only let down is the remote not coming with batteries. I am considering ordering a second one as aback up, it even comes with a 18 month warranty.... fantastic. I would recommend you consider this machine over other brands, I don't think you will be disappointed. Last thing to add the colour is crystal clear.

Works great. Bought this as my other one was noisy, you could hear the disc spinning whenever the movie went quiet. This one is silent, nice and compact too. Good value player.

A great little product...just wish they had invested a little more money in the remote!

Needed a new blu-ray player after my LG one broke, decided to switch to Wiscent for this instead of a big name brand because I bought a standard Wiscent multi region DVD player last year and was really happy with it. Now this region 2 blu ray + multi region dvd player is able to replace that. I watched a blu ray on it, and tried out a US imported disc and that worked too. It loads up the discs really fast, much quicker than using my previous LG player, even quicker than using my PS5 to watch a blu ray.My portable hard drive didn't work, however I realized it's because the port only supports up to USB 2.0, not the blue port (USB 3.0). I like the glossy look of the player too. It doesn't come with batteries for the controller, i just used the ones from my previous player's controller

Well. What a TINY little machine!! The actual machine is very small! Goes to show how long it’s been since I bought a stand alone DVD player!! It comes with 2 connection methods. The HDMI and the 3 plugs (no idea what they are called) the 3 plug connection is quite short and wouldn’t reach for me from my tv to where I wanted the machine. But the HDMI is plenty long enough. Now I’m a dunce with electricals. Not a clue what I’m doing. Plugged in the HDMI to the DVD player. Found the port on the tv. Put batteries in the remote. Bingo. It really is plug and play. There all sorts in the manual for setting up preferences and all that jazz. But really all you need to do is connect it to the tv. Plug it in. Shove in a dvd. Sit back and enjoy! It’s so compact. Really unobtrusive. Really happy with it so far!

We got this to play NTSC Region 1 dvds and it works like a charm. It does have a loud spinning vibration on some surfaces but not all. It's also very plastic. But it works well. So it's not flash. I doubt it will out live you. But it will play NTSC dvds. It's also a nice compact size and comes with a UK plug, not a USB one.
