Awesome sit-up bench
My basement is a small gym with all kind of equipment. I often take my two sons there to exercise. During these time, the COVID 19 pandemic outbreak in the united states, especially in new york city, We all were asked by goverment to stay at home. So We spent most of our time in our little gym. Of all the exercise equipments, our favorite is this sit-up bench. because this is a multifunction sit-up bench. It features a flat inclined design and with the padded rolling cushions on back which perfectly support your body and eliminate back and neck strain. It makes your comfertable and safe while exercise. Also equipped with 2 pull ropes, this sit-up bench can not only for abs, but also good for strentching, leg workouts, twists, back sit-up and pushups, which We could build up the muscles in our chest, shouders, back, abs, arms and more. This sit-up bench is made of heavy duty thick steel, very strong and stable. the largest weight capacity is 260lbs, which basically meet most people's exercise needs. Especially, it is very easy to assemble, it only took me about 15 minutes to set it up, just a simple. To sum it up, this is a high quality sit-up bench, it is portable and lightweight, sturdy and useful. With one tool we could exercise different parts of our body. It will makes our body more stronger to against coronavirus during this time. Love it

Quality is good for the price
The first thing I noticed is how the plastic is bolted to the back/ab pad. No big deal if you don't mind tearing it off. Secondly, there were no instructions or booklets, but there is a pdf download on this page. It was fairly easy to put together. It's sturdy enough for home use, but certainly not commercial material. I like the extra resistance bands. The curvature of the board is a real plus too. The incline is adjustable. You just unscrew the knob and slide the bar up or down and match the holes and then tighten the knob again. With only one person using it, it should last a long time and it was a very small investment for the lasting durability I expect to get due to its quality.

Good Customer Service
Unable to use product as it was missing 5 pieces that are needed to put it together. I have emailed their customer service department, we will see what happens. Hopefully I won’t have to return it. I also notice a little rust on it. UPDATE: The corrected the problem! I am now able to put the bench together. It appears to be very sturdy and worth its price. I was amazed at how quickly I received a response from their customer service department and how quickly they shipped the replacement parts.

Good quality machine for reasonable price
After moving from a major city where I was at the gym five days a week to a rural environment where getting the mail is exercise -- well, I started to get a bit rotund. The machine arrived very well packed and devoid of damage. I was very happy to see that the required assembly involved a small number of parts, a good set of instructions and the necessary tools to complete the process. I started with ten setups a day for the first three days and after a week, I'm up to forty a day. Yes, it's not so easy when your out of shape, but after a week I can feel results - have already lost that "jelly belly" feeling when walking. My guesses that in two months I will have a flat stomach once again and I have every confidence that the machine will last and be problem free. If you're a guy who's had a few too many beers and it shows, forget those $400 a month TV diet pans. Get yourself on of these machines and stop consuming what you know is causing the problem in the first place - I think you'll be happy with the results.

Meh at best.
We were going to live at our current apartment for maybe another year, so we wanted something inexpensive, that we can ditch when our lease is up. For reference, I'm 5'9" tall female average build. I wanted a unit that allows you to do back extensions in addition to ab work, that was inexpensive enough to allow me to discard it after a year without guilt. Situps: the configuration shown in the instructions require my knees to bend a little more than most machines, and causes the under knee cushions to be compressed an uncomfortable amount between my calves and hamstrings. I have fairly muscular calves, so to make it more comfortable, I moved the top cushion to the opposite side of the vertical support bar. I use it with no issues now. Back extensions: The distance from the ankle cushion to the end of the base cushion is approximately 50" give or take a few inches. Being 5'9", this unit is uncomfortably short. To do back extensions. Clearly, the female shown in the instructions in like 4' tall, or photoshopped (my guess is the latter). Additionally, I've had knee surgery in the past, and their configuration feels like it causes an uncomfortable amount of pressure on the front of my kneecaps. This is the first back extension machine to cause this pain. :-/ Leg raises: once again, my height appears to be too mushy for this unit. If I fully extend my arms while leaving on the unit, my butt basically sits at the bottom of the base. It's not too much of an issue, since keeping my arms flexed just gives a little extra work for my arms, but I'm not sure this unit will work for anyone much taller than me. Pushups: I attempted to do it in the way shown in the instructions, but the top cushion and up along my quads, so pushups and up being more or less just a balancing act with very little results. Using the lower bar (the one used to anchor the exercise bands) or the top bar with your feet on the floor is probably a better way to use this machine. But beware, the lower bar is held with one screw, and feels a little wobbly when you put your full weight on it. Resistance bands: They're better than nothing, but they don't have much resistance (maybe 5-10lbs tops). The great thing is that you can connect just about any resistance band to the unit, so low resistance wasn't too much an issue for me. Also, the resistance bands I received had different resistances. I don't know if that was by design, but it doesn't make sense imo. Overall, I'm going to keep the unit because it was relatively inexpensive, and I only plan on keeping it for a year (not to mention, packing back up to return is just plain a pain). Honestly, I'm not sure the unit will be durable enough that it will last for too long anyways. I did 100 situps, and I can already see the cover wrinkle/warp a little. If you're looking for something long term, this is not the unit. But if you want something for short term and inexpensive, this is your item!
