Q: When is the best time to be pant the bulbs? In spring or fall?

I ordered my bulbs in May of 2018 and I planted them as soon as I received them. They all bloomed in the summer.

Q: How frequently do they need watering? How much sunlight?

Depending on the temp, I water mine at least once a week as they are planted in pots. They do well in direct and filtered sunlight.

Q: Can they be planted in pots?

I really don't know. I planted them in the ground and they did great and were beautiful.
