Vacuum Attachment Adapter, Quick Release Low Reach Adaptor Compatible with Dyson Conversion Head, Applicable to V7 V8 V10 V11 V15 Vaccum Cleaner, Accessories for Cleaning Under Sofas at Home

I purchased this to augment my new V15 Detect, as I needed something to enable the use of the fluffy roller vacuum head under some heavy furniture that I had previously had to move. Although initially appearing incompatible, this adapter does fit the V15 Detect. The parts just have to be assembled in the correct order, something that I hope the seller will clarify by adding an insert to the packaging. It doesn't seem to interfere with the spinning of the head, as another reviewer reported. I can't speak to the durability of this product, having had it for just a day or so, but testing has so far confirmed that it works. Will update if it breaks.

I upgraded my Dyson from a V10 animal, to the V15 detect, and was very sad that the V15 didn’t come with this hinge attachment (which I used pretty much every time I vacuumed with the v10 for getting under tight spaces). His is great quality, and couldn’t tell the difference from the Dyson brand attachment.

This attachment is fantastic! Compared to Dyson’s $50 price tag, it’s incredibly worth it. While it may be a bit flimsy, as other reviewers mentioned, it works and works exceptionally well! Even if you bend down to vacuum beneath furniture, the vacuum head gets in the way, preventing you from reaching all the way. This attachment resolves that issue by removing the vacuum heads interference.

This worked well and you can't beat it for cleaning under the bed or furniture. Just a little hint it worked better for me installing it next to the machine than at the head, seem to be able to get even lower

This tool has been the best purchase for my Dyson vacuum cleaner. Fits perfectly. Easy to use. I can now get under furniture and in tighter places without bending down or moving the furniture. It is a back saver for sure. Fast shipping from the seller.

Didn’t last very long. Normal use, not being rough with it or anything. The plastic broke and it can’t lock in place so it’s always hinging.

I bought tis to use on my Dyson V15 as it doesn't come with attachments to help you reach under beds and/or furniture. All i can say is it works just fine although it does seem to be a little loose when using it for regular vacuuming. That being said, I do recommend this attachment to upgrade the Dyson experience.
