Good Culture Organic Classic Cottage Cheese, 16 oz

This is my favorite cottage cheese. Great texture. Perfect balance of creaminess and saltiness. Taste great on its own. But so good with fruit and granola. Really good product.

It just check all the boxes. Usual buyer from day one. I wish we could have more great gluten-free options like this. Good packaging and labeling (can spot the word "gluten-free" easily without the need of a magnifier). Life changer when you have a strict diet. Hopefully the food industry will understand the market they can add with proper labeling. It's law in many countries where they care about food allergies, % of sodium, sugar, fat... it's basic public health measures. Good stuff here!

Such a great source of protein and clean ingredients. I add it to almost every meal, and it somehow seems to go with all flavors.

There are days I just don’t have time to prepare anything. This is so nutrient dense & tastes so divine, that it doesn’t matter if you have it sweet or savory. I’ve done fruit, maple syrup, dark brown sugar, ham & pineapple, buttered sourdough toast w/ salt & pepper,

Overall, this product is excellent. The texture and consistence is perfect. The only complaint I have is that it tastes too much of salt. I prefer a sweeter cream tasting cottage cheese, this one is a bit too salty for my taste. (I never use salt in any food so I'm very sensitive to its presence when it has been added.)

Since I am on a diet where I am trying to eat organic as much as possible, but also get my probiotics in this cottage cheese is right up my alley. I love the taste of this and was eating the non-organic one previously so when I saw these available on Amazon fresh, I knew I needed to grab them! The same size ones at Whole Foods are $7.59 each person so ordering them from Amazon fresh and picking them up for $4.59 each makes absolute sense!

The only cottage cheese I will use. It is so good. Always fresh and always firm and not runny.
