These are super cute and of nice quality, but they run somewhat small for child wearing a shoe size 4. I think they would probably fit more comfortably a child in shoe size 3.

These were a huge hit! I had forgotten how turning double digits was such a huge deal. My granddaughter put them on immediately and was thrilled. They looked and fit great. Also very soft and also great quality.
