I can’t tell if it’s actually helping my breathing yet but I will say the actual use of it feels beneficial.

Like doing cardio without doing cardio
This is similar to what my wife’s respiratory doctor gave her for her Cystic Fibrosis. I could tell my energy increased after only a few days.

Not for me.
I'm sure it's a quality product but I didn't like the rubber mouth piece as it would make me nauseas. I put it right back in the box knowing I couldn't use it.

Haven’t had for long. But it seems to do what it says. Exercises your breathing muscles. Makes me cough “stuff” out.
