This helps with power computer fans
This comes in handy. My alienware laptop has the air intake ports on the top and the exhaust on the bottom. I used this to put several 40mm and and 80 mm fan on the air intakes near the top and of the laptop and it helps allot.

Great little USB fan controller
I'm using these for 3D printer air filtration fans. These are a nice, easy way to control the speed of the fan. They work perfectly. They are also a nice cheap option. You may need an extension cord based on where you put the fan but it worked fine in my case.

My Samsung S90C was overheating, so I used this to temporarily connect a noctua fan behind the TV to cool the PCB, while I wait for the technicians to arrive. Works perfectly. It's plugged to the USB connector on the TV, so it automatically turns ON when I turn on the TV and turns off when I turn off the tv using the remote. You can also use the adapter to directly control the fan speed, so it's great for minimal noise and just a little airflow.

Works nicely with a couple of PC fans that I’ll be installing on the back of a media cabinet to help exhaust the warm air from the AV receiver and other equipment. The beauty of the built in voltage adjuster is the fans can be turned down to make the minimal amount of noise whilst achieving the air flow goal. The cable could perhaps be a little longer but that’s easily solved with a USB extension lead and I imagine for most applications they’re fine as they are.

Valoro que tome una señal USB de 5 voltios y luego te ofrezca graduar de 5 a 12 voltios ya que puedo usar ventiladores de caja normales. Yo lo uso para ventilar un par de amplificadores Fosi Mono V3 que se calientan bastante. El ventildor se gradua y puedo enfriarlos sin que se oiga nada. Tiene un pequeño interruptor que no distinguí en la foto. Hace lo que tiene que hacer. Solo falta por ver si es duradero.
