Looks like a bullet that’s been cleaned up and polished a little. It’s really nice.

Can i carry it outside the usa? airport security?

Yes because its not a live bullet with gun powder. Clearly its a bottle opener. Keep the papers that goes with it and you can even show the airport that you bought it throuh Amazon. You will be fine, it also shows in the bottom that it has been shot. So it wont even ignite.

This may be a dumb question, but does this product contain lead?

Not a dumb question, based on a quick research, lead will usually be placed on the tip of the bullet but for this bottle opener I doubt it contains any lead.
