Fantastic and honestly cant beat the price! Helps me maintain my vitamin D levels and feel more alert! Only warning is that this is the upper limit most people should be taking so if you've never taken a vitamin D supplements maybe start with something lower dose or at the least make sure you're drinking a lot of water when taking this supplement (ideally around a gallon a day) that will help your kidneys process the increased vitamin D levels and help your stomach from getting upset! Personally I haven't had any issues but the daily recommended value it 4,000 and upper limit is 10,000 and this product has 10,000! But still giving it 5 stars cause they deserve it!

I’ve been taking this Vitamin D3 & K2 for a little over a month and I honestly feel so much better. After doing some research, I found out that Vitamin D3 is needed for people who suffer from fibroids. After my first scan on 9/25, I switched to a plant-based diet and started taking these Vitamin D3 & K2 supplements throughout the month of October. At my recent scan on 10/20/2025, my fibroid had gotten smaller. My energy is up, my mood feels more balanced, and my overall health feels improved. The price is awesome you really get great value for what you’re paying. They’re easy to swallow and the taste isn’t bad at all. Everyone’s body is different, but this has truly made a positive difference for me. Highly recommend based on my personal experience!

Excellent supplement!!!

It is hard to really know the effectiveness of any supplement but I take multiple supplements and I am healthy. My energy level is up so I assume I reaping the benefits. Easy to swallow with no bitter taste. The dosage is at a recommended level. Good value, effective and is easily absorbed.
