Absolutely love this. Clever design with attation to every detail making it truly versatile and user friendly. Love all the features big or small, easy change of the board from horizontal position to vertical or with any angle you like, quick and strong steam, the rack to hold the iron is in a perfect position, both board and the iron are of good size, water tank is large, very easy to refill and fit in, like the foot operated switch too. Space saving to store and move around easily with wheels. It is worth of every penny!

Unsafe fault and disappointing experience!
I had a very poor experience with this ironing system. It started leaking hot water from inside the unit, which caused a minor burn to my foot. Even after emptying the tank, it continued to drip, making it unsafe to use, handle, or return.Customer service did engage and offered a partial refund without return, which I appreciated, but it was disappointing given the cost of the item and the fact it was intended as a Christmas gift.I would not recommend it based on safety concerns alone.

Too Small and not powerful enough.

Excellent Steamer that can add creases too.
This is a vertical iron and steamer. I gad just a steamer before. Now I can steam all the creases out and then add creases for the sleeves. Works very well and the bottle lasts 10-15 garments so way better than portable steamer.
