The media could not be loaded.  I wear a "schmedium" most the time. But the medium was way too small. Large is perfect. So order accordingly. They were nice enough to send me a replacement free of charge. High quality material. Thick. Fits nice and as you can see in my video, works awesome.

I normally wear a large & bought a medium for a little more snug fit. Seems a bit more snug than I would prefer, but that is me. Order your normal size and you will be good! Love this shirt!

Awesome fun gift to go with the new set of hand weights

This shirt is a cool concept. My 12 year old tends to be a sweater when he works out. So we though this would be fun for him to wear to basketball practices.The fabric is not the softest to the touch, but it’s certainly adequate. This is a very typical, practical tee shirt fabric. But it’s not the expensive, luxury type.The lettering does become very visible, with perspiration. My son wore this to a rec league practice, for the included photo. This particular practice did not have the typical running opportunities that really get the sweat going, so the full message did not display. I could definitely see this shirt being a motivational tool, where an individual might want to press through, until the full message were displayed.Fit and finish on this shirt are fine. We got an adult small for a 12 year old that is 5’4” and 126 lbs. it fits fine, if not, a little fitted. It is on the smaller side of the range. He could easily have worn a medium as well. But for a workout shirt, more fitted is better.

Fit as expected and great materials. Graphics worked as expected.
