I purchased this for my chronic migraines and this helps relieve them much more easily than the towel & ice I’ve used for so many years. I only wish I would have found this long ago! I would recommend the product, it is made well and so easy to grab out of the freezer when I need it. The scent is very very mild, I would have preferred more but I understand that many people have sensitivity to fragrance and it is mild enough I think anyone who has this sensitivity would still be able to purchase it.

It is surprisingly difficult to find a bag that is anything but lavender! Honestly, not crazy about the pattern, but who cares when this works so well & the mix of scents are so beautiful & relaxing. So glad I found this!

A friend gave me one of these shoulder warmers years ago when I used it until it fell apart. I then started looking for a replacement and tried a few before I found this one. I put this in the microwave for two minutes almost every morning and then start my morning chores with it on my shoulders. I lift weights and run and work out quite a bit so between the weights and the planks I always have a few twinges, but I’m not really using this for big pain. However, if you just want something that is cozy, comfortable and would help neck or shoulder pain this thing is wonderful. My best friend also has one and loves it and my brother, who does have neck and back issues says it helps!

Smells amazing, was very easy to prep, and stays warm for a while. Definitely was worth the purchase!

Was good for less than two months and then it slit open. Very upsetting. I had a different brand prior and it last for years. I replaced it with this and sadly I need to get another one now.

I love everything about this... except the scent is too heavy and a bit odd ... it dissipates after it's out of hte bag, and per my son who has one, loaned it to me. The scent does get less and less. It is really comfortable and much better, I think, that a plain tube. Drapes over the back of the neck and shoulders, and was great for a frozen shoulder!

The material isn't as soft as I'd like.

I liked the scent and product at first but now that I have used it several times the scent is gone and does not smell very good

I used this on my neck, back and shoulders. It’s big and smells nice. Might need to heat it longer in the microwave because it’s huge. It’s a little heavy too in a good way

There is not enough beads.

Not enough filling, cheap. I have purchased the larger ones with satisfaction, but this product is poorly done
