Service support is unparallel
We have purchased this Skycut C24 plotter machine last month. It is truly a wonderful product and worth its cost. But we are more please about the service support. Since we are using this machine for first time, we have a lot of doubts on how it works. According to the advice from Mr. Vivek of My Print, we have purchased the Signmaster software which is really useful since it is easy and fast for making different kinds of work in Skycut. We could save a lot of time and got more finish in our production and it adds the revenue of our printing concern. Mr. Vivek was available anytime in the working hours on audio or video calls to clear our doubts. We recommend this machine and the supplier My Print with lot of confidence.

Good machine
I have brought this item from myprint and they provide support through video call and audio call.. After buying this machine,we can use it with laptop but we need to download a software to make designs and the software is installed by the myprint machine dealer. They pick my calls any time between morning to late evening..

Terrible Purchase.

Especially the person i contacted with Mr. Vivek, he is very polite and a great troubleshooter who helped me thoroughly through out the installation procedure. Highly recommended for anyone.. No need to brother as there is a great team behind you to hold your back.
