Good quality easy to take daily no weird taste. I will have to see if this makes sense difference in my iron and cbc counts in a couple of months

This stuff is no joke! Very high quality! I reccommend night time usage as I took two droppers before work and I was so relaxed I couldn’t even get out of my chair for 2 hours. Very heavy body feeling. I take one dropper now because it’s very strong and I take it at night because it fights being productive too much if I take it in the morning. But my blood pressure has gone from 150/90 to 138/82 after only 1 week of taking a dropper each night. I will continue to use this long term.
