The first bottle I bought seemed to make the most noticeable difference while subsequent bottles not as much. I have other health issues so that may be the cause. Good source of resveratrol - much higher than grapes. Some folks might get an upset stomach from this (around 5% of folks I believe). I tend to have a pretty sensitive stomach but it hasn't bothered me at all - I do take it with food though.

Can’t go with out it. Love this stuff!

This is a trustworthy brand; however,6 years after using this product, I developed a rash on my finger tips thathasn't gone away.
