I bought this in February and it already is starting to fail causing static. Do you stand by your product and replace when this happens? 4 mths use?

Hello, if you are using the product in a short period of time there is damage or static problems welcome to contact the seller for replacement, their service is very fast.

I bought 2 detanglers in October 2018. I have loud static on my phone and it stopped when I removed the handset detangler, why?

I’m not sure why it happens but seems to be common with any detanglers. Mine generally last about a year before they get static, then I just replace them.
