Gave the first one to my daughter in law for her BD as she loves ice drinks and the fridge freezer didn't keep up. She set it up right away and it produced ice immediately. By a couple of hours she had emptied it twice into her freezer. Ice maker showed speed and use was easy. Water capacity is approximately w cups of water. This unit fits well on the counter and takes up little room. Easy to clean and well built. Bought another for one son to take camping.

I am giving 3 stars because I loved the product! It was great for the purpose! The ice was small but it worked for us! However after a few uses the lights went crazy and the whole thing stopped working. It's very disappointing but other than that it was a great purchase.

This ice maker did not work when I received it. I think that something was wrong with the mechanics. I reached out to the customer service support and was sent a new one. The new one works great and my family thinks it is a cool addition to our kitchen. We don't have a working water line in our kitchen so this option was a lot cheaper than trying to put in a water line to the fridge.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:the size and look are what made me buy it , and this ice maker really works it is very quiet and makes a lot of ice, I live is the hot desert so a cold drink is nice

Works good, had to reset it after 5 months because the sensor stopped working. So far that has been the only issue.

I love this. Truly. I don’t have much criticism here.It’s a great size for a small countertop.The sea foam green is so cute and color is an exact match comparatively with the photos.It takes minutes to produce six ice cubes.I was a former Starbucks girlie until Gaza. Not supporting them anymore.So I started my little home cafe, and not only saved SO MUCH MONEY, but I love the space it’s cleared in my freezer. I also appreciate not waiting overnight for new cubes. I’m pretty 50/50 hot coffee and iced lattes, so it is nice to have ice cubes on the ready - most of the time.There are two issues, ergo why I deducted two stars.1. It leaks. Quite a bit, actually. It isn’t flood level, but it’s also enough that requires me to surround it with dish towels. Not a great look. But more so, it could be a serious electrical concern depending on how your kitchen is set up. I highly advise you keep it well under any outlets and not above.2. Sometimes, it fills with ice and hours later, every single cube melts. I keep up with cleaning and maintaining it, so I’m not sure why this is happening.The above critiques are objectively true. However, I do think I may have been sent a defective machine. Hard to be sure.Buy with caution, I guess.
