I spent a good deal of time reading product descriptions and reviews before choosing these because I was so concerned they might not fit or work with my hinges. My hinges are not soft close. They are by King Slide and the only other marking on them was 5/8. I decided on this brand because of the other reviews and because the product pics gave me almost all the views I needed to make a choice. These came quickly, they work great, they fit, and installation is super easy! I’ve included some pictures which I think would have helped me make my decision. I hope they help someone else. Upload order may be off so a general description is that there is a picture of the item next to a dime so you get an idea of just how small these are. (Seriously, when the shipping envelope arrived I thought it was empty.) A pic showing the hinge in place (before) and fully extended. A pic showing the hinge in the closed position. (Shout out to the reviewer who suggested just removing the one screw that attaches the door/hinge to the cabinet rather than removing the entire hinge.) Lastly a pic showing the restrictor put in place- you can see the grey piece seated in there if you look closely. Very happy with my choice and no more banging into neighboring walls, appliances or whatever! I was concerned about the constant reference to 86 degrees rather than 90 because I have a slide out drawer in one cabinet and I knew I needed no less than 90 degrees. Not a problem. I gave the door a little push to 90 degrees the first time and that’s where it seems to land now.

These work great on our new cabinets. We had one that was hitting the window trim and one that was hitting a wall because they open further than 90 degrees. These make the doors stop before they hit things! So simple and useful!
