I used this tea as part of the Master Cleanse routine. Best to drink on an empty stomach.. on a day off. I started feeling some cramping within an hour of drinking the tea and then it did its' namesake. Smooth move. After use I felt lighter and craved cleaner, healthier foods.

This Smooth Move is amazing. Just started using it. Used 3 nights in a row and each morning soon after I get out of bed I have a really good go. No cramping and after that one go it doesn't may you want to go throughout the day. I love this tea so much and will continue to purchase it.

This will definitely get your bowel movement going, in 6 to 8 hours you will be in the bathroom. I didn’t check my weight yet but i definitely feel lighter in my stomach area. Drink 1 tea bag before bed and don’t eat anything 4 hours before bed.
