These are perfect for our new driver to put on our cars. We keep two in the main car ( we put one on front and one on back of car) and one in the second car, just in case we go out in that one. It relaxes our daughter more knowing that other people know that she is a newbie driver. She drove home 4 hours yesterday and people gave her plenty of space when merging or changing lanes. I highly, highly (cannot stress this enough lol) getting these for anyone who has a new driver. I will be ordering these for gifts for all my friends who have new drivers in their family. They stay put even in the rain. The only “improvement” I could possibly imagine is making one of these mirrored for the one on the front of our car, maybe people would brake slower instead of waiting until the last minute.

Works great, is visible to other drivers, magnet felt weak but haven't had any problems with slippage or the sign falling off or the opposite that I have heard where the sign gets stuck or damages the paint. Color has held up but the car is mostly parked in the garage and not outside.Huge improvement in peoples attitudes and tailgating compared to when my student driver is driving without the sign stuck on the back of the car.Get one and be safe!!
