Great product for tile floor. I will never mop my tile again as this gives my tile floor a beautiful shine.

Purchased in the fall of 2019 and used about once a month to steam clean tile floors, counters and windows. Unit worked well, heated up fast, and had acceptable recovery time for whole house cleaning. My wife and I are close to retirement age, and I invested in what I thought was a product that would be a life purchase at 6x the cost of most steam cleaners on Amazon. We followed the manual and always used distilled water. It stopped producing steam in November 2021. I called their service center, detailed the issue, and did receive an e-mail response from Bill with good detail on how to troubleshoot the issue. I've been an electronics tech and engineer for over 35 years, so I have no issues taking a unit apart and diagnosing the failure. I responded to Bill with information and measurements, but he has not returned my e-mail or calls since. I have the problem isolated down to a bad control card, but can't even order the part from Daimer, because nobody will return my call. You can't order replacement parts from their website. All parts are from Italy, so I haven't had any luck finding anyone else other than Daimer that provides parts. It should be noted that when you call Daimer, you call a third party call center that then forwards to Daimer. I found this out after asking to speak to a manager and the manager was for the call center. Only once in about 8 calls have I reached a technician. All other times I have been on hold for 5-10 minutes and no techs are available. At this point, I have no choice but to either donate or trash this steam cleaner, which is a shame, since it is well made for the most part. On the search for a company that sells a product that is reliable, and has good support if required. If anyone reading this has any recommendations, I'd appreciate it.

It would be nice if the supplied cloths and attachment worked together a little better, sometimes the cloths start coming off and you have to stop and wait for them to cool down before re-securing them. Aside from that, this is a great cleaning tool.

This steamer works awesome I’ve had it for 3years and it has been used a lot still works like new .. the tip to having last so long. Is using filtered water and not leaving water set it it or looooong periods of time .. I need the small tip I lost mine how do I get in touch with the customer service. Does anyone have that info

This review is well overdue. I have been in the restoration industry for over 15 years and have been using steamers my entire life. I have tried 3 different steamers from different companies before I found Daimer and my experience with them has been amazing. I currently own about 8 steamers and these machines are great. Not only that but repairing them when needed is super easy and Daimer will literally walk you through the process if you need to repair them. If you don't feel like it you can send it back and they will repair it for you. It's wonderful for how busy we are and when you don't have time for these things. Bill and his team have always been helpful and respond quickly when I need them. Bottom line, if you are in the industry and in need of a steamer, this is your place. Take my word and don't even shop around, you will not find a better deal.
