Good product, quality and fit
Item was delivered in two big pieces just squeezing in the door.Good:Exactly as described, quite functional, seems to have an overall very good quality.Very efficient delivery and assembly by two guys.Improvements:More pictures could be useful for people to see it's indeed a good product.There are several seams where the fake-leather is stitched together. They are good quality but It could have been better if they weren't where you sit in terms of longevity. But that's just a hunch.Had to wait more than two weeks for the delivery. It's not a complaint as they say so before buying, just making sure everyone notices.

100% Happy
Exactly as described. The storage facility is excellent and very easy to use. I slept on the pull out double bed last night and was very comfortable.Delivery was earlier than expected ( very happy ) I was phoned and told the expected time of arrival and informed again 40 minutes before. 100% happy.Delivery crew placed and unpacked the units and were a pleasure to deal with.

Tried to charge us £200 to assemble,when it should have been included!
Lovely sofa,but tried to charge us £200 for assembly when it clearly states in the ad that it was included!

Good Couch 7/10
Looks very nice and its functional too, however its not amazing quality, the cushions are comfortable but they fall out of place very easily, making you rearrange them everytime you get up pretty much.Its large and spacious but it feels quite light round the padding areas. The weight of the sofa mainly comes from the metal frame. Its very very heavy and I'm 6'4 and 14 stone... its a lovely sofa but for the price its not amazing

Do not buy
We’ve had this sofa a little over a year. It’s sooo uncomfortable!! You can feel the wooden planks when you sit on it. The leather easily rips and tears. Do not waste your money.

Good quality sofa.
I had great communication with the delivery comapny all through the purchase. They carried it up stairs and assembled it too. The sofa itself feels of good quality and is comfy. The bed pulls out and is well supported and feels of good quality too. The ottoman side of the sofa is also good. It's bigger than I thought it would be which is nice. The only minor downside is that as the sofa is so heavy I can't move it..

Bad service
Ok sofa for the price but it wasn't assembled for us even though description says assembly included. Was delivered by delivered sofas and more. My 62 year father was home alone and they left it inside the living room with all packing on. Didn't even unpack it.
