Cheap but effective.

I’ve been taking this creatine daily for about 3 weeks, and the difference is very noticeable. My strength has gone up steadily — especially in compound lifts like squats and bench. Muscles feel fuller, and recovery between sets is much faster. The powder dissolves well in water/juice, no taste, and no stomach issues. Energy levels feel more consistent throughout my workouts. For the price and quality, this is one of the better creatine monohydrate products I’ve used. Highly recommended!

I almost purchased every flavour of this creatine except sex one and believe me mango martini is the worst one. The flavour so hard to consume, I don't know how 3g creatine sweet 700ml of water and the smell is very artificial. If you go for one sip the smell and taste is so hard which was not allow to do again... Beleive me go for other flavours but not for this. I buy this one time and regret it 😞...
