Paper Mate 2017483 Mechanical Pencils for Handwriting, Triangular, 5/PK, AST

I am 67 years old and buy these for myself. The lead is thick so it doesn't break easily and is nice and dark. The pencil diameter is easy to hold. The eraser works well. These pencils are perfect for puzzle books, grocery lists, or anytime you want dark, legible writing.

Such a great tool! I wish I had these when I was younger in school. It writes like a pencil, but no need to sharpen it and doesn’t break its lead so easily like a mechanical pencil. It is easy and comfortable to use. My kids prefer to use this over a regular pencil and it comes in such fun colors.

These are the best mechanical pencils! I love how thick they are. I would say they would be good for kids learning to write as well. They don’t brake easy. The only thing is that when I use them I typically play with the eraser taking it off and putting it back on. Which eventually wears down the erase and will not hold the eraser. So, if you would do that just know that it could fall out. Other than that I like them a lot!

My absolute favorite pencil. I need them to sponsor me. 😂 I like that they have a thicker lead, much better than your standard lead pencil. They are great value and last forever. I love the bright colors. They are very comfortable, especially for children learning to hold their pencil, although I mostly use these in my classroom.

I haven’t opened this pack that I just recently purchased because I have some already open. These are my absolute favorite pencils to use and I love how thick the led is. These write very smooth and have lasted a long time, I bought a second pack to have some at home and at work. The eraser is also better than many other mechanical pencil brands and actually works without leaving streaks behind.
