Great Laptop for uni use
Fantastic value for money. Bought for uni use, does the job perfectly without breaking the bank. Good screen size and quality, fast enough for what it's needed for and good storage. Easy to set up and connect. Recommended.

Great laptop for the price
Bought as a replacement for my 6 year old HP laptop which was fading fast. 3 weeks in, I'm very happy: good build quality, large screen with clear definition, easy to setup and a great price for what I need it for. Perfect for every day use.

Light me up buddy
It's a passable cheapy laptop, can't really handle anything taxing but works for some light browsing, doing the weekly shop and answering emails. My biggest bug bear is that it doesn't have a lit keyboard so you can't use it in the dark, yes despite being an excel nerd working in data all day (not on this laptop it wouldn't manage) I need to be able to see the keys, cut me a break Battery is fine so long as you don't tax it too much.

As good as new
This was a reconditioned model I got at a good price. I'm not a heavy user and so far it's been as good as new. All the keys seem to work, the screen is clear and bright and the battery recharges quite quickly. Given that it was reconditioned I am impressed with the quality so far.

Great medium range computer, that performs well and is from a reliable and well known brand. Sound is great and the screen size is big enough for comfortable streaming.

Great laptop
Bought this for general home use. Very easy to set up, very pleased with it

Slow, glitchy and the mouse button sticks.
I realised when I bought this that it wouldn't be of the highest build quality but I was surprised at 3 things. Firstly, the screen seems to go black for a fraction of a second at random times, then return to normal. I presume this is just a poor connection between the monitor and the computer, as it doesn't seem to matter what I am doing at the time. Secondly, it is slow some times, which is remarkable because I only really use it for basic tasks such as web browsing and spreadsheet work. Thirdly, the button sticks in on the touch pad mouse. This is particularly annoying because it means you can't click on anything until you can get it to come out. I've tried to think of plus sides, but the only one I can come up with is that it is relatively quiet. I would not recommend and I won't be buying a HP again.

Effective and good value
Very happy with the product spec and weight. Yes as per reviews the fan is a bit noisy when it’s working hard, however this kit is quick and does well as on line gameplay e.g WoT. Good clear screen graphics. Not Chinese but valued well at its price.
