Heavy Duty Luxury Stainless Steel Cutlery Stand and Drainer (Black)

I thought is new. I'm really disappointed. Just came from work, unpack the package and , really disappointed. Not even one star for this item

It arrived already rusty and unfinished, some of the metal struts were bent. One of the uprights was so sharp it cut my finger. Within a day it was staining my white sink with rust. This was one of the most expensive cutlery stand and drainers from Amazon VERY DISAPPOINTING

Really poor quality. Base was rusty on arrival even though it's supposed to be stainless steel!
