Does not stick to open wound but adheres well to surrounding skin, would recommend

This dressing so expensive but absolutely effective. It doesn't stick even though placed directly onto the wound and easily removable.I was treated with this products at the hospital, but it was not available in our contury.The delivery is fast and I'm very satisfied.

As a nurse I use this all of the time so bought this for a relative with a leg ulcer that lives overseas.

This dressing, though quite expensive, is absolutely marvellous. You can safely leave it on the wound for several days without disturbing it; it doesn't stick even though placed directly onto the wound; and definitely helps the wound heal fast. Particularly good for me, as I have very sensitive skin that tears easily.

I had a nasty gash on my hand and SILFLEX was recommended, being elderly and my skin very thin it healed the wound in no time. Although pricey it is certainly did a quick healing process, I am so glad I can buy it on the Internet.

The product is very effective in the sense that it doe snot stick on the wound and lets the area heal. The price however combined with the fact that one can only purchase boxes and not individual pads is quite restrictive and makes one look for alternatives.
