K&N NextGen Cold Air Intake System: High-Flow Cotton Filter: Compatible with 2025-2026 RAM 1500; 50-1598

This K&N cold air intake completely changed the feel of my 2025 Ram 1500 with the Hurricane motor. Installation was a breeze with clear instructions, and it fit perfectly. The moment I fired it up, I could actually hear the turbos spool—it adds an exciting new personality to the truck. Throttle response is noticeably quicker, acceleration feels smoother, and it even cleans up the engine bay with a much nicer, more performance-oriented look. Between the improved sound, sharper response, and great fit and finish, this is hands down one of the best upgrades you can do for the Hurricane.

Installation is not really bad. The worst part is getting the filter box back in. It just wouldn’t settle down on the pins. It looked like the hood strut was in the way. I popped it off and I got it wiggled in, but they have one hook to secure the pipe, but no place to secure any of the sensor wiring overall. very decent product.

The item cause a check engine light to come on my new vehicle. Too much airflow. Product states to install and no other calibration needed. In stall was easy and it gave the boosted horse power as advertised. Just a flaw in their design

This is the BEST! Well worth the $ as a matter of fact it’s a bargain. The quality is far superior than the other familiar brands, and the looks are again 2nd to none. The sound is certainly improved and present, only when you accelerate, you hear those turbos breathing like Darth Vader. Can’t really tell if the HP is improved mainly because this Hurricane HO engine is crazy powerful already! Regardless if the HP claims are accurate the looks and the sound is more than I expected. There were some washers missing I called up K&N and they not only shipped the parts the next day, but loaded me up with swag. The fact that you can call them and speak to people that care about what they do and how their customers enjoy their rides, is sadly today an exception to the way most companies operate. Can’t say enough good stuff about this product and these people. As far as Air Map Sensor issues, never had 1 issue arise, no codes, no funky idling, none of it. As of now I have approximately 1000 miles on the kit.

It’s was pretty easy to install. Directions were very clear. If I was to install another one of these I would fit the filter into the airbox before installing airbox into truck. My only real complaint is connection between the silicone air filter neck and the large tube. The clamp keeps sliding off the filter neck as you tighten it. Must be a better clamp out that grips the filter neck better.

What a great cold l intake the quality and all the connections are very good material. For those who are skeptical about heat soaking, you don't have to worry about it, K&N uses the factory fresh air duct. The opening also helps and the sound of those turbos breathing better it's a blast. It does feel better response at the pedal.

This is a solid….meh. Installation was very straight forward. I watched an install video the night before so I got it all done in about 45 minutes. All pieces were included and directions are straightforward. Zero warning lights or issues. Results: Almost no sound gain. I’ve never owned a V6 turbo and I didn’t know what to expect. I have used CAI in all my V8 trucks and gotten immediate growl. This, not impressed. HP gains, I guess? Can a human really tell an extra 7hp, I can’t. I’m gonna keep it because I like the oiled filter system. Would I buy this again, absolutely not. I would look at other brands.

Love it, very easy install, has a little grunt at low rpm’s, I did notice a faster pedal response and it does feel like it added some horsepower, the only downside is the pipe that goes from the air filter housing to the throttle body doesn’t have clips or spots to clip in the small rad overflow hose, that’s my only complaint

The only flip side is that you’ll want a good cat‑back exhaust to let the engine breathe out properly. Pairing both upgrades transforms the driving experience and gives you a significant performance edge over stock.

Just perfect for my 2025 ram 1500 rebel I installed a month ago and have not problems with it
