I started taking this in late June. I had a situation with my liver and spleen, they were inflamed and the doctor didn't know why. Tried the product as directed for a month with really no noticeable difference....I originally purchased it to see if it would help my joint inflammation but it did not. Maybe I should have tried it for 2 months but the price and no real improvement doesn't warrant another purchase. I'm happy for those that claim it helped them.
