Bates- Flat Paddle Paint Brush Set, 3 Pack, Nylon Bristles Painting Brushes, Ergonomic Handle

I was so worried that these were going to be awful. I was wrong, oh so wrong. The bristles are so soft, unlike others I've paid way more for, these are all very smooth and not frayed. The blending works so much better with smooth bristles. I like the small variety in this set. The small one works for the smaller areas I needed to blend out, and the large one worked like a dream. The large one held the paint way better than I expected to with such soft bristles. I was shocked. With that being said I was also worried it would be harder to clean, nope such an easy cleaning process. I used hot water and some liquid soap and boom done deal. Great brushes for such a low price. I am amazed!

Great quality! I bought these to apply mod podge to my crafts. They work great and clean up is easy. No bristles left behind on my projects either!

These are nice brushes and I love the art I can create with them, my only complaint is that the bristles do tend to come out frequently when starting use. I can’t complain much since they are exactly what I needed at a fair price. Over all I am satisfied with my purchase.

These brushes are of a very good quality. I like the different sizes. I will be using them with my acrylic painting.

Average brush for a reasonable price. The bristles in the brush began to fall out as soon as I cleaned the brush. I usually clean a brush before I use it. I then judge a brush by several standards, and one of those is the amount of bristles it loses during cleaning and the condition of those bristles. These bristles indicated the brush wasn't constructed properly. Also, a large number of bristles fell out while I was cleaning the brushes. If this is an indication of how the brush will work while painting, then I won't be able to use these brushes for anything except showing my students what not to buy.

Quality is cheap but strong enough for mix media or acrylic which is why I purchased these brushes. Stiffness good. Functional for applying paint mediums such as watercolor ground and acrylic mediums.
